Advanced Emergency Ambulatory Care Available 24/7
At CCEV our veterinary surgeons are equipped with the latest digital radiography, ultrasonology, endoscopy and advanced dental equipment ensuring that in the event of an emergency, your horse is subject to investigation, treatment and care without undue delay.
We also have the ability to share diagnostic images with specialist referral centres from the patient side and bring both advanced and specialist veterinary care and advice to you and your horse immediately.
In addition to this, we have the ability to investigate, diagnose and treat trauma cases 24/7 with quick laboratory investigation results and treatment.
We DO NOT rely on emergency agencies to cover our emergencies. We want clients to feel comfortable knowing that they will have a vet attend who they know in what can be a very stressful situation.
Where We Cover
Emergency Cover

Second Opinion and Hospital Referrals
Christopher and the team at CCEV work closely with all leading referral hospitals and the affiliated specialists. With direct access to specialist opinions and advice, we operate a 24/7 service for both first and second opinions with an emphasis on fast, efficient and proactive veterinary care

Importantly, Cross Counties Equine Vets Ltd provide our own emergency cover. We do not use agencies or veterinary surgeons who do not know you or your horse(s).
This ensures consistency of care and vet- client relations are extremely important to us. All CCEV clients have access to a CCEV veterinary surgeon 24/7. CCEV also provide emergency care to non-registered clients
